Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:


The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.


Tags and packaging must be intact.


Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).


Please contact our customer service team at support@gryvornyx.com before sending your return. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, such as:


Sale or clearance items


Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)


Customized or personalized products


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before returning it. We’ll do our best to reserve the replacement for you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
